As Director of Equity & Activism, I have the honor of contributing to and holding the vision, wisdom, and innovation of a tremendous team of leaders. Together we have a passion for transforming and activating the members of our local, national, and global community to dismantle the system of racism.
I am in awe of our world and all that exists in it, with its beauty and with its imperfections. I am a woman of color, an African American woman, daughter, a mother, a local and global citizen. I am the intersectional representation of a deep rich legacy of survival, strength, royalty, trauma, and HOPE written in my DNA.
This work is the drum beat of my heart's rhythm, acknowledging the suffering and triumph, the hatred and the love, the anger and forgiveness, the despair and the vision.
Adria is an Accountant and Senior Certified Feminine Power™ Coach, Facilitator, and Leader, supporting the transformation of women and mission driven organizations for many years. She is a Founding member of Decatur Dinners Design Team and Equitable Dinners Atlanta.
