Jaris Owens is thrilled to be a member of Equitable Dinners 2023 Company. Jaris currently resides in South Atlanta by way of Oberlin, Ohio and East Orange, NJ. Some of his professional highlights include ROMEO & JULIET (Tybalt) at the Oberlin Summer Theater Festival, THE BROTHERS SIZE (Ogun) at Oberlin College, MA RAINEY’S BLACK BOTTOM (Levee) at Karamu House, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM IN HARLEM (Puck) at the Pittsburgh Public Theater, and ANTIGONE (Kreon) adapted by Zora Howard at Oberlin College. When he is not onstage, Jaris is also a freelance facilitator and regenerative farmer.
